What this site does and does not collect

Nothing is requested from you

• No sign-up, login or account of any kind.
• No contact forms, callback requests or intake questionnaires.
• No document, photo or letter uploads.
• No requests for your name, address, claim number, insurer, medical details or accident details.

The printable checklist and the question lists are plain pages. Anything you write on them exists on your paper or your own device and is never transmitted to us.

Technical data

Like any website, these pages are delivered by a hosting provider that processes ordinary request data — IP address, browser user agent, requested page, timestamp — in order to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to identify individuals and we do not combine it with anything else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no advertising or social tracking pixels, and builds no visitor profiles. If aggregate, non-identifying analytics are added in future, this page will say so before they are switched on.

Third-party links

Pages here link to statutes, government agencies, county offices and, where relevant, to companies whose letters readers receive. Once you follow an outbound link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, which may differ substantially from this one. Read it before submitting information — particularly on any page that asks for a code, a phone number or a callback.

Children

This site is written for adults handling their own paperwork and is not directed to children.

Your requests

Because we hold no accounts and no submitted personal information, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, delete or sell. If you believe we hold something about you, write to hello@aftercrashcompass.com and we will look and reply.
